The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025, which will be administered on behalf of the National Medical Commission (NMC), has been officially announced to the public by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For students hoping to pursue undergraduate medical school in India, this important exam serves as a gateway. These are the main NEET UG 2025 updates and details.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reaffirmed that the NEET UG 2025 exam will be administered in pen and paper style, despite rumors that it may be administered in computer-based test (CBT) mode. Additionally, the NEET UG 2025 exam will only be administered in one day and one shift.
Concerns regarding the exam format were voiced following last year’s NEET UG 2024 exam. Although NEET UG 2024 was likewise administered by pen and paper, there were rumors that NEET UG 2025 would be administered via computer-based testing, similar to JEE. NTA did, however, release a notification on the NEET UG 2025 Exam format. Pen and Paper (OMR) will be the method used for the NEET UG 2025 exam.
